These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AccessLedger ("Service"), operated by Sole Proprietor Vityuk V.G. (Ukrainian individual entrepreneur), tax ID 3225423979 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AccessLedger is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps organizations track, manage, and audit temporary access to internal systems, tools, and resources for employees, contractors, and vendors.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and, if applicable, to bind an organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
All payments, billing, taxes (including VAT where applicable), refunds, and chargebacks are handled by our authorized payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Subscription terms and pricing are presented at checkout or within the Service.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and operate the Service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and lawful basis for processing any personal data you upload to the Service, including data relating to third parties.
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or applicable law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of the Company. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
