The problem
Temporary access gets forgotten fast.
Teams juggle tools, contractors, and short-term access. When deadlines slip, risk grows.
Missing revoke dates
No shared place to track who should lose access.
Scattered reminders
Tasks live in calendars, chats, and spreadsheets.
No clear ownership
Nobody knows who is responsible when it is due.
Audit pain
Security checks become a last-minute scramble.
How it works
One simple loop for every access obligation.
Create a record, keep it visible on the dashboard, and let reminders surface deadlines before they become incidents.

Quick answers before you sign up.
Is AccessLedger an IAM tool?
No. It doesn't provision or revoke access automatically. It's a ledger that keeps revocation deadlines visible and owned.
What counts as a record?
One access obligation: a person + a resource + an expiry date + who owns the revoke.
What is a "send"?
One email notification delivered (reminder, expired notice, or escalation).
Who receives reminders?
Assignees on the record get reminders. If a record goes overdue, it can escalate to a separate email.
Do you store passwords or access tokens?
No. You only store the information you enter about access and who to notify.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No - you can start on the Free plan without a card.
Security
Built for multi-tenant teams from day one.
Row-level security keeps every workspace isolated. Admins control membership, and plan limits are enforced at the database layer.
AccessLedger never asks for third-party passwords or tokens — it tracks obligations and sends reminders.
